Sweet & Spicy Sriracha Marinade

A bold marinade that combines sweet and spicy flavors, perfect for chicken, pork, or tofu.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Coat your protein evenly with the marinade.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  4. Cook as desired—grill, bake, or pan-fry.
