  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups dry spiral pasta
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons A1 Steak Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 pound ground beef

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped green bell pepper and onion. Sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in seasonings: onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and steak seasoning.
  4. Add pasta, cups of milk, beef broth, tomato sauce, and A1 Steak Sauce. Stir well.
  5. Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in mozzarella cheese. Cover again to let it melt fully.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
