  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 orange (zest and juice)

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries and remove any stems.
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add cranberries, orange zest, and orange juice. Stir well.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Adjust sugar to taste if cranberries are too tart.
