Tempeh Green Protein Stir Fry

A quick and nutritious stir fry packed with protein and greens.

Ingredients

  • 200g tempeh, cubed
  • 2 cups mixed greens (kale, spinach, bok choy)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add tempeh cubes, cook until golden brown.
  4. Stir in mixed greens and soy sauce, cook until greens wilt.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
