4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup unsalted butter
2 tsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup chicken broth
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
In a small mixing bowl, combine butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp). Remove and set aside.
Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in the butter mixture until fully melted and smooth.
Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Substitute chicken thighs if preferred for juicier texture.
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy variation.
