Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ cup chicken broth

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp). Remove and set aside.

  • Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in the butter mixture until fully melted and smooth.

  • Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for 2–3 minutes.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Substitute chicken thighs if preferred for juicier texture.

  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy variation.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
