  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, then stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough thin on a floured surface.
  6. Top with sauce and your favorite toppings.
  7. Bake at 475°F (245°C) for 10-12 minutes.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, pre-bake the crust for 3 minutes before adding toppings.
  • Store leftover dough in the fridge for up to 2 days.
