Tiramisu Yule Cups

A festive twist on classic tiramisu, served in individual cups for easy serving and a beautiful presentation.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Combine coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish.
  5. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture for 1-2 seconds, then place in the bottom of a cup.
  6. Add a layer of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and cream.
  8. Dust with cocoa powder and top with chocolate shavings.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit the coffee liqueur.
  • Use decaf coffee if preferred.
  • Best made a day ahead for richer flavor.
