Truffle Mashed Potatoes with Garlic Herb

Creamy mashed potatoes infused with truffle oil and garlic herb flavors.

  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp truffle oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
  3. Add butter, cream, and minced garlic. Mash until smooth.
  4. Stir in truffle oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in chopped parsley and thyme.
  6. Serve warm.
