1 large whole wheat tortilla
3 oz sliced turkey breast
1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
2 slices tomato
1 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tsp mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread mayonnaise or Greek yogurt evenly over the tortilla.
Layer turkey slices on top of the spread.
