3 Irresistible Turkey Stuffing Balls

Turkey stuffing balls are a delicious and easy-to-make side dish. They combine the flavors of traditional stuffing in a convenient bite-sized form.

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup chicken or turkey stock

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, onion, celery, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the beaten egg and stock, then stir until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
