  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, celery, onion, cranberries, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and egg.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Brown the meatballs for 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
