Turkish pasta with garlic yogurt sauce

A delicious Turkish pasta dish topped with a creamy garlic yogurt sauce that is irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
  4. Add the garlic yogurt sauce to the pasta and mix well until the pasta is evenly coated.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the yogurt sauce.
  • Feel free to use any type of pasta you prefer.
