  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. If using, fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruits.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the oats are set.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
