  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork.
  3. Mix in coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until combined.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
