Easy no-bake vegan caramel sea salt protein bars packed with plant-based protein and natural sweetness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup vegan protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Blend dates in food processor until smooth
  2. Add almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and blend
  3. Mix in protein powder and coconut flour
  4. Press mixture into lined baking dish
  5. Sprinkle sea salt on top
  6. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over bars
  7. Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting

Notes

  • Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
  • Can substitute peanut butter for almond butter
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup
