Vitamix Spring Green Wellness Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 green apple, cored
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 inch ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Wash all the greens thoroughly.
  2. Core the green apple and chop it into smaller pieces.
  3. Peel the cucumber and cut it into chunks.
  4. In a Vitamix blender, combine spinach, kale, green apple, cucumber, lemon juice, ginger, and water.
  5. Blend on high until smooth.
