Juicy wagyu beef sliders served on soft brioche buns for a gourmet twist on a classic.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb wagyu beef, ground
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 6 small brioche buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix wagyu beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into six small patties.
  4. Brush the skillet or grill with vegetable oil.
  5. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness.
  6. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  7. Toast the brioche buns lightly if desired.
  8. Assemble sliders with patties and optional toppings.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use high-fat wagyu beef for juicier sliders.
