Warm Apple & Walnut Harvest Salad

  • 1 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 4 cups mixed greens

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and toast walnuts for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, warm apple slices for 2 minutes.
