  • 4 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the pear slices in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix almond flour, rolled oats, chopped almonds, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Add the cold butter cubes to the mixture and use your fingers to rub it in until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the pears.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the pears are tender.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
