White Chocolate Raspberry Blondies

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  5. Stir in white chocolate chips and raspberries.
  6. Spread batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Cool before slicing.
