Wild Berry Adaptogenic Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed wild berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon adaptogenic powder (such as ashwagandha or maca)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the mixed wild berries, banana, and almond milk.
  2. Add the adaptogenic powder, honey or maple syrup, and chia seeds.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until well combined.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
