  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup shrimp, chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground pork, shrimp, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
  4. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  5. Add the wontons to the boiling broth and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they float to the top.
  6. Add the bok choy and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
