Yogurt & Egg Breakfast Cake (Oven or Air Fryer)

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and eggs, whisking until smooth.
  3. Add sugar and vegetable oil, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish or air fryer basket.
