Ingredients

Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bars ($4.86 Total)

• 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt ($1.00)
• ½ cup peanut butter (natural, creamy or chunky) ($1.20)
• ¼ cup honey or maple syrup ($0.50)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract ($0.13)
• ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional) ($0.75)
• ¼ cup chopped peanuts (optional) ($1.28)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips and/or chopped peanuts if using.
  3. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly into the pan.
